We evacuated for Harvey. We were watching the Weather Channel when we saw Cantore broadcasting from the parking garage in the building where I worked. My husband and I looked at each other, and one of us said, "We're screwed."

We came home two days after the landfall. We had some damage from the hurricane, and had to survive another week without electricity, but things could have been a lot worse.
