(18 posts)It sounds like AAAS is a highly-respected association for scholars to be known for their advancements to help our World and humanity. It also seems to foster collaboration, and respect.
So, I think that AAAS & a mercenary, paramilitary organization (that continually and habitually seeks to reverse human rights) as being a much different organization. It doesn't seem to me they can even be compared in how they accept, or even recruit their members.
It is my observation that Knights of Malta does not give Knight/Dame "membership" to "honor" them. It is instead to welcome them into an elite group, like a profiling, white elite country club would. Their goals/purpose are very narrow, that aid their agenda, while (it appears to me) a Science organization like AAAS seeks for their members to have goals that mostly aid the World, while honoring the Scholars who develop/research.
