I doubt that SNL will put that in a skit, because too many people might not know about the incident -- not to mention that it's really crude. However, John Oliver, Jon Stewart, Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel, and Seth Meyers will be able to just show the clip and let DonOld humiliate himself before they finish the job.
