I envy my cat, Fred. [View all]
Fred is snoozing on the couch in front of the 50-inch TV, the same couch I sat on for about 12 hours yesterday dejectedly watching election returns. I just petted him on top of his furry head and said, "I envy you, Fred. Because you don't know." He lives in the same house as I do, and yet he lives in a different world. And his world does not include what is now making me miserable in my world.
