Your father in law knew who the enemy was, and it wasn't the people living on his street who smiled at him and brought him Christmas cookies every year.

That's who the enemy is NOW.

The enemy is "us".

Our neighbors. Our friends. Are we going to kill them?

Are we going to gently explain to them why they are wrong, maybe convert 10% of them, and then get punched in the face anyway?
