....in truth, it isn't in my DNA to sit back and do nothing. It is the Democratic Party's job to save America from Republicans. The pattern has been a part of our politics since the corrupt Nixon Presidency. I vented in this post, but I want to share something positive in the next. While it is fun to see MAGA and MAGA adjacent people realizing what they voted for, in truth, we have responsibility to see that all of us don't suffer the consequences, and even yes to help them (Pres. Biden and VP Harris modeled that over the last 4 years). At the end of the day, we can resist, but there are many things out of our control, so some of this is just a natural consequence of people's ill informed votes.

That's how I feel, too. It's only a matter of time before social media is filled with their whining.

That's fine but it'll balloon the deficit and debt even more. Interest rates will rise.

I can't afford to let them "find out" ... because ultimately, I'm "finding out," too.

There will be plenty of "I told you so!" opportunities without having to burn it all to the ground...

They will blame Biden for setting the economy up to fail. And they will blame the "Democrat" Resistance

The fact that Marjorie Shit For Brains and Lauren Beetlejuice still have jobs tells you everything you need to know.
