Make no mistake, i think the Israeli response has been terribly overboard and includes war crimes.
None the less, it is the result of the unwarranted and brutal attack on civilians by Hamas on Oct. 7th.
An attack that was supported by 75% of the Gaza's population at the time.

I think both the attack and the retaliation are the actions of leaders who use thoughtless military action as a way to rally support instead of thoughtful, nuanced leadership.

We have seen the same thing in our country. And I fear with Trump, we will again.
