This is Northern NJ, Essex County. He was in the Whole Foods parking lot, looking for a space when he spotted it above the store. He tried to get his window down so he could take a pic with his iPhone but wasn't able to. He said it was hovering above the WF and then quickly rose up into a cloud. I should have asked him for the color of the lights.

Yours sound considerably more exciting.
