He is under the impression there is a concern for trouble in a container which are being scanned at night, but they could just walk around the ports and do that unless the container got further into our country.

My uninformed opinion is there is a plot to stage a fake alien invasion to allow for martial law. Personally I don't believe in aliens and Rosewell happened just after the first Nazi scientists came after the war.
