at least once, in the past.

I have four guns--hardly an arsenal--but I have never had so much as a speeding ticket in my life. I'm not sure why the presumption of danger should fall on me.

My neighbor down the road has an arsenal. He probably has thirty or forty guns in his home (in a very large, secure safe). He also happens to be the police chief.
