7. wait, isn't it Israel that's prevented food aid distribution in Gaza?

My understanding is that everyone is starving in Gaza because Israel severely limits distribution of humanitarian aid, bombs aid workers distrbuting food, etc. We've heard much news from NGOs recently raising alarms about widespread starvation and exposure in Gaza while Israel shuts off food, water, fuel, and electricity to Palestinian populations.
