4. I have a friend whose daughter

completed her PhD in Epidemiology at Emory in Atlanta several years ago. One of her friends has just lost a job as a new hire in the EIS program.
My friend's daughter lives in Tbilisi (Georgia, formerly part of the Soviet Union) and is married to a classmate from her doctoral program. His family is Georgian.
