4. How do we dislodge this biblical plague of locusts that has descended on America before they consume everything?

I don't see a solution. Things haven't gotten bad enough yet. More Americans need to lose everything before they rise up and demand it be stopped. Congressional action involving both parties will be the only (peaceful) solution.
