This seems like bluster that will hurt their ability to stay united. Republicans in more moderate districts are already feeling the heat and this temper tantrum won't help with that. I'm sure the most fervent believers will eat it up. But maybe we'll get really lucky and like the guy in Minnesota who was so concerned with "Trump Derangement Syndrome" this guy will also find himself under arrest for disgraceful crimes.
