That some highly paid political advisor to the as yet announced Newsom 2028 campaign said "You know what will help you reach the RW bro culture? A podcast"

As the kids say, it's cringe. Newsom has done little to show that he's an actual alternative to the far right or that he'd actually forcefully stand up against them in these podcasts. He's attempting to project an aura of "listening to perspectives" and it just misses the mark, by a mile.

This isn't it folks. We need to flush the consultants down the drain and go on the attack against this fascist takeover head on. We need a plan and we need visionaries. Using the old "reach across the isle" crap with folks who don't respect our values is not leadership, it's pandering.
