57. She owes her "success" to Oprah.

The only reason we even know Gayle King is because she is Oprah’s best friends for years. I also think she might have been her producer. That’s her only claim to fame…….just like “Dr. Phil”. Furthermore, we might say J.D. Vance owe his career to Oprah because she highlighted his book. You know, Oprah’s Book Club. She had him on her show and publicized the hell out of that lousy book. She is quite the “star maker”. Lol.
