1. Biden beat Trump in 2020.

Trump wasn't able to overturn the election results, despite inciting a violent insurrection. Biden's DOJ spent four years trying (not as hard as many had hoped):to put Trump behind bars. Trump blames Biden for everything bad that happened to him during his four years out of office. It's personal. At some point, perhaps after Trump has consolidated enough power, he'll go after Biden.
