He talks like he has a mouth full of marbles! I avoid hearing him speak at all costs, but the few times I've heard him it's SO unintelligible you can't understand most of what he's saying. He's one of those guys that talks fast, loud and talks over the other person speaking. And it's mostly gibberish anyway, like the rest of the magats.
