Well, "easily assimilated into our country" is one way of putting it [View all]

When asked why Afrikaners get an exception for refugee status, and the Afghans for example are being denied such status, a trump administration official said this:

"One of the criteria is making sure they can be assimilated easily into our country."

Now why would these people from South Africa be easier to assimilate than others? It's a mystery.

They must think we're stupid.
