After the urban unrest of the 60's, the election of Carl Stokes, and the decline in traditional manufactoring jobs, the city seemed to harden it's racial lines based on fear and stupidity.

I enjoy visiting, now that the area has reinvented itself and the assholes have retreated to their little cocoons.
