38. Yes, and Biden

Has anyone noticed how the President seems to be putting VP Biden forward and having him lead on big issues? What a generous man who doesn't hog all the credit and spotlight. He's rewarding the Vice President for his loyalty, and possibly setting him up to run for president if Hillary doesn't want it.
