OK, if people can say: "Chris Christie is losing weight; that mean's he's planning to run," I can say Rand Paul loonie antics mean he's planning to run. His base isn't just dum-dums; there are a lot of very smart people out there with little real contact with reality. They're the ones running around with copies of crazy Ayn Rand's books.
