That's the kind of racism that afflicts most of us in this country. Did you see that video someone posted of the black vs. white bicycle thief?

DOJ would need proof that Zimmerman killed Trayvon because he was black and because Zimmerman maintained an active and overt hatred of African Americans. The fact he is imbued with the kind of racism that permeates American society is not enough. DOJ would need evidence we haven't heard about.

The real problem is the guy was carrying a gun, and he will carry a gun in the future, which makes it likely he will kill again.
