because they are ignorant and incapable of critical thinking and historical assessments. Or they support a President because they think he's a "good man" and must know best. They exist on both sides of the political equation thought there are more republicans than dems.

The business of the U.S. is rooted in militarism, now more then ever before. Over the last few years our arms exports have more than doubled. Our incursions continue apace: Yemen, Libya. We're still fighting a war in Afghanistan. We're a nation with troops and bases in dozens of countries and every hemisphere. We've been intervening in the Middle East for 60 years. It's been a disaster for hundreds of millions of people, but it's been very good for a few. We support tyrants such as the ruling Saud family. We supported Hussein when he was committing war crimes-including genocide.

The business of militarism is good for business. And that's what counts.
