6. Fair process?

Only if you weren't paying attention.

• Democrats Allege Forgery In Senator's Recall Effort

• Paid signature gatherers caught lying to voters (CO Dem Senate recall)

• Shady 501(c)4 spends big bucks to recall Democratic senator, won't disclose donors

• NRA money behind lawsuit challenging new Colo. gun control laws

...Then you've got the Koch brothers dumping untold sums into both districts, attacking both Democrats for everything but gun control -- immigration, marriage equality, marijuana and abortion.

This is a referendum on nothing. At the end of the day all it's done is reduce the Democratic majority in the state House to 18-17, and hopefully light a fire under a few Democrats for 2014.
