Obstruct government and defund the ACA. Why wouldn't they get reelected? This is what they were sent there to do.

Elections, especially midterms, come down to turnout. Midterms typically have much lower turnout than presidential years, that has favored the Republicans lately because their voters have been more motivated even though they are outnumbered these days. The gerrymandering helps as well, but turnout is the major factor.

We might could narrow the gap a bit in the House but I doubt we get it back this go round, better chance in 2016.
