2. Interesting, but as a point of information...

The Rutherford Institute is a RW legal outfit, part of the Religious Rights campaign to "put God back in our schools". You might also remember them from their stint as Paula Jones's legal team back during the RW's just-obsessive-as-now attempts to have Bill Clinton's head on a plate.

The individual pieces of information may (or may not) be true, but Whithead's spin on them will inevitably point to the problem being "public schools are trying to turn your kids into a grey mass of Stalinist zombies".
