The 50 state strategy was very effective, but it has to be a regular thing, one time won't do it! We have to understand that the U.S. Chamber of Commerce has been working 35 plus years spending a LOT OF MONEY on state and local elections. They have a plan and they have been working it. Judicial elections and tort reform have been very good for them. They have gone as far as fake newspapers in what they term, "Judicial Hellholes!" Check out www.southeastteaxas.com. It used to run with no ads until they realized people saw through their disguise. It is free right outside of the jury assembly room.
Thanks again for your patience and understanding!
