What would the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights have to do with GLBT rights and why does the headline describe them as an "LGBT support group"?
Their webpage focuses on what one would expect from their name and says virtually nothing about GLBT rights.
Doing a search for GLBT on their site comes up with a single story from July, 2012.
Plus, the story has not been reported at any other source that I can find.
Something just doesn't smell right.

Equal treatment under immigration law is a huge LGBT issue. Ask Senator Kerry, he can tell you.
