They're just upset because Alec is so wildly popular ever since he did his Schweaty balls skit on Saturday Night Live many years ago.
He has more talent than any of the other MSNBC hosts, so he doesn't really need that gig anyway.
However, Republicans hate his guts and they were having a field day after hearing this news on Faux Snooze yesterday.
So, Griffin, or whoever made this decision, just played in to their hands.
Greg Gutfeld was absolutely giddy over this news last night on his program "Redeye".
I only saw about 2 minutes of it because I was channel surfing, but he almost had an orgasm right there on the set after hearing this earth-shattering news.
All I can say about Gutfeld is that I hope he enjoys his golden showers because if I ever met him that would be all that he would get from me.
