This is actual a criminal action, that can result in jail time along with civil actions.

I cannot believe that this one advisor did it on her own, and as this proceeds, if criminal charges are pursued, which they should be, she will start to feel the heat, and will be looking for a deal in order to reduce or avoid jail time.

In spite of 95% of the media cheerleading for christie, this is going to get much hotter for him
