but one of the questions the jury aked was whether they have to arrive at each attempted murder count individually or if it is all or nothing. The judge instructed them that they had to look at each individually. That tells me they are coming to a different conclusion regarding the three others and Davis. Since they can't reach a murder verdict over Davis it tells me they probably can't convict him of attempted on Davis either but can on the other three. I could cer tainly be wrong but that is my read on it.
