This time we are hoping for a girl. My wife is absolute free spirited person as described in this letter. She is very vocal and her presence is very powerful in male-dominated work environment. Most of men in her workplace are pushing board members to promote her to new position because she is very good at her job, very like able person, easy to get along with, and well respected person. I'm proud of my wife and I really want our hopefully daughter to be like her. World is changing fast.
