10. Clapper already lied to Congress.

I'm sure there are many good people at the NSA, and that for most of them, their primary purpose is to catch bad guys and protect us. But the current situation is ripe for abuse.

Hell, Snowden is proof of that, even if you consider him a spy and a traitor.
