W, Cheney, and Rove were hungry with power and had a complete contempt of the system of checks and balances. If the "media" bothered to investigate, they'd find that almost all of President Obama's Executive Orders are in response to the GOP's continuous attempts to obstruct and undermine his presidency.

Hey Republicans: If you don't like the issuance of Executive Orders, STOP FUCKING BLOCKING EVERY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT OF THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH!
