government that exists in Florida, will never step up to regulate the way medical marijuana is sold in Florida, though there may be dirty deals afoot to determine who sells it.

Not to mention, that you're already seeing a big part of the reason that individuals will get pushed out of this topic. Just on the medical marijuana issue you can see how lawyers are jockeying for position to get a piece of the action. And once they have it, the conflicts of interests begin to set in.
