Dead people have rights too, you know. Because of legal technicalities, they can't vote (at least, most of the time), so they can't be blamed for trying to participate in the political process in other ways.
Scott Brown, through his callous disregard of the needs of 99% of the living, has risen above this pulse-fetishism. He doesn't care about people who are alive, so, just as he cares about them from conception up until the moment of birth, it's logical that he would also begin to care about them again once they're dead.
All this mockery here is just reinforcing the criticism that Jeanne Shaheen doesn't understand the needs of dead people.
