during my lifetime.

By far the best on social policy. Toss-up between Clinton on economics. Among the worst on foreign policy. Better than Bush Jr & Reagan. Bush Jr's foreign policy was more incompetent, Reagan's was more corrupt.

He inherited a bigger mess than all Presidents. That one is obvious.
