And let me see if I get this. You say that "people now understand the gap between rich and poor, the racism that still exists and the exploitation of working class folks in all spheres means the scales are coming off the eyes." Are you trying to give Pres Obama for "opening people's eyes" but not fixing any of the problems?
As far as wealth inequality Sen Sanders gives a speech to anyone that will listen once or twice a week and should get credit. The Pres as far as I know has mentioned it once. And that's all he has done to help the 99%. He hasn't done anything to alleviate the gross financial inequality. In fact all of his appointees in the financial have been strong conservatives and done nothing to help the 99%. Eric Holder has given Wall Street a free pass.
