3. The funny thing is...

You don't have to be that smart to outsmart cops.

I have a good friend who is a cop. Female, white, gay. She is a good cop. I know this.

Very good at her job. Can't imagine dealing with the things she has told me she has to deal with on a daily basis. She's pretty smart on a certain level.

But she's not the sharpest tool in the shed in regard to most of the knowledge those of us on DU take for granted...as something we know and understand.
