to outsmart them, just average citizens that are simply aware of social media.

I wish they would stop recruiting cops from the moron and steroid crowd. Why not hire some smart people not loaded with 'roids that make them into perpetually angry (and still stupid) thugs.

Why is it again they choose to hire the stupidest people they can find? What is the reason to filter out anybody intelligent again?
