20. I think spray painting a women's Sin Areas in public where they touch her pants is a bit special.

While one is women shaming, the other is women shaming and violating her personal space. If nothing more, the difference is one of saying something only while the other is vandalizing a persons personal space.

Okay, I know it is stupid to argue degrees of crazy...but special crazy does need an honorable mention.
