4. Why do YOU think Sony pulled the movie?

I see people saying Sony should do this while skipping over one important detail, these hackers didnt make one threat, they have data, they are slowly releasing it, a lot of the data already released is damaging to Sony, the hackers claim to have terrabytes of additional data.

We're not talking 1 vague 9/11 threat, we're not talking about the US government demanding Sony pull the movie because North Korea is whining about it offending them, we are talking about a private company that is being extorted.

it was smart for them as a private company to pull the movie and stop giving these hackers the attention they want at this point especially when they are making good on certain threats.

Its a lot more complex than "THEM THERE YELLA BELLY SONY PEOPLE DONE COWER TO THEM NORTH KOREANS! THIS AINT WUT 'MERICA IS 'BOUT! THEY SHOULD PUT THAT THERE MOVIE ON BITTORRENT TO SHOW THEM THERE COMMIES BASTARDS WHO IS BOSS! "

Here's another thing, we don't even know who these Guardians of Peace people are. It could be an publicity stunt that got out of hand, an ex-employee of sony, etc
