In my years in the corporate milieu, I've had men in positions of authority denigrate my intellect, and subject me to all kinds of ignominious behaviors, including sexual harassment and wrongful termination. I want our younglings to have a better experience, devoid of sexism and the myriad other isms promoted by our patriarchal socio-cultural precepts.
