Okay, bad joke but I don't understand why they need tri-state agencies when the General of the National Guard said last night that they have like 5k National Guard at hand too. So, basically, Hogan is bringing in up to 5k cops (some from the tri-state area) and then has up to 5k Nat'l Guard on hand too.

How many people does Hogan think live in Baltimore that are going to riot? Or is this the lead up to something coming out on Friday, May 1st?

Missouri tipped their hand like this too before the decision came out on the Michael Brown shooting.
