3. I Am Amazed How Workers Allowed Themselves To Be Manipulated For So Long.

I worked at DOL for 24 years and was amazed at how the labor market was so radically structurally changed for the very worst. Today work life is a creeping disaster. And job insecurity is the highest it has been since 1900 and may even be worse. The present labor market under Reaganomics offers little future for anyone in the long term or short term.

The most important thing that is different is that there is no continuity of work or continuity of income over a long term. It takes decades to reach a level of economic security. In the past you had stable careers and long term job security. Now that is ALL gone. Income used to grow with experience and age. Now it is a crap shoot with loaded dice where 80% of the work force will NEVER have any income of job security.

Such an environment leads to economic and social chaos that is common in 3rd world and developing nations. Global economics is naturally predatory and exploitive at the lowest common denominator. And our work force is headed toward the lower standards in the third world and NOT up.
