then rape is the victim's fault? Many times women put themselves at increased risk, whether it's walking alone late at night, having too much to drink, meeting up with a stranger and realistically being a female no matter how cautious, puts you at risk. No matter what situation a woman finds herself in, rape is a crime and the victim should never be blamed for an illegal act against her.
