21. Nothing illegal given the fact that there is no actual outstanding

warrant and the cops lied their butts off. His "crime" was being involved in some incident with one of the cops in the past (personal not police related). It sounded like he was concerned about what the cop would do to him since a badge and gun seem to give some cops the impression that they can use said gun and badge in dealing with personal grudges. I think the incident was personal and the other three cops joined in with the idiot cop and they screwed up big time and a young child lost his life. All 4 cops should face criminal charges. I see a civil suit in their (and the marshall's office) future with a large payout to the family.
