those susceptible to republicans' fear campaigns - birthers, conspiracy peddlers of all types, fearful whites (for the most part) - are immune to facts and logical explanations coming from a "Kenyan, Muslim, illegal" president. I am sure he must tire of having to deal with such idiocy.

People who want to be afraid of something 'scary' - like Syrian refugees - are unlikely to be swayed by a long description of government procedures on a piece of paper.
