1. what's really amusing is...

while what volkswagen did was horrible, it wasn't nearly has horrible as what exxon did. they have known for 30 plus years that they were one of the prime causes for pollution and climate change, but chose to hide and bury the studies they funded and then go on to deny everything or any connection to CC.

now that we know they did this, what was done to hold their feet to the flame? not a damn thing. in fact, it's been all but forgotten in the press.

so piss on volkswagen all you want, the fuel that powers their cars is at fault.

but hey, it's easier and less expensive to publically castigate the company that makes the tool, instead of the company at actually powers it.

we human's are just so amusing.
